Determined to create something better, she spent months researching, sampling, and testing hair from multiple vendors to find extensions that met her standards for softness, longevity, density, and natural movement.

HOW LONG DO THE EXTENSIONS LAST?

Up to 2 years with proper care, LOOK LAIKA extensions are designed for long-term wear and reuse. Lifespan will vary depending on frequency of wear, styling habits, maintenance, and aftercare.
CAN I HEAT STYLE THE HAIR?

Yes. LOOK LAIKA extensions can be curled, straightened, blow-dried, and styled similarly to natural hair. We recommend using a heat protectant to maintain softness and longevity.
CAN I DYE OR TONE THE HAIR?

Yes. Because our extensions are made from 100% human hair, they can be professionally dyed or toned. For the best results and to preserve hair quality, we recommend consulting an experienced colourist.
WILL THE EXTENSIONS DAMAGE MY NATURAL HAIR?

When installed, worn, and maintained correctly, extensions should not cause damage to your natural hair. Following the recommended aftercare and/or attending maintenance appointments will help keep both your extensions and natural hair healthy.
CAN I SLEEP, SWIM OR EXERCISE IN MY CLIP-INS?
We recommend removing your clip-ins before sleeping, swimming or exercising. Doing so helps preserve the quality of the extensions, prevents unnecessary tangling and extends their lifespan.
DO I NEED A STYLIST TO INSTALL MY CLIP-INS?
No.
LOOK LAIKA clip-in extensions are designed to be easy to apply yourself from the comfort of your own home, making them perfect for everyday wear or special occasions.
If you’d prefer a professional finish, we also offer appointment-only installation and styling services from our Lake Maquarie studio. This service is perfect for formals, weddings, events, photoshoots or anyone wanting a seamless transformation without doing it themselves.
Whether you choose to self-install or book an appointment, the choice is completely yours. Installation services are optional and booked separately from your hair purchase.
DO YOU OFFER PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATIONS?

We offer appointment-only clip-in installation and styling for customers wanting a professionally blended look.
Appointments include colour matching, seamless placement and styling to suit your desired look.
Availability is limited and bookings are essential.

CAN I INSTALL THEM MYSELF AFTER MY APPOINTMENT?
Yes.
We’ll place your extensions in a way that’s easy to recreate yourself, so you can confidently wear your LOOK LAIKA extensions again and again at home.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO APPLY THEM?
Most customers can apply a full set in around 5–10 minutes once they’re familiar with the placement.
Professional installation appointments generally take between 30–60 minutes depending on your desired style.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY EXTENSIONS?

We recommend using sulphate-free products, avoiding excessive heat, and storing your extensions properly when not in use. Gentle brushing and regular hydration will help maintain softness, shine, and longevity.

Hair extensions are non-living hair, meaning they no longer receive natural oils or hydration from the scalp. To maintain their softness, shine, and longevity, they require regular moisture and proper care to prevent dryness, tangling, and product build-up.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days from Australia. Standard worldwide shipping typically arrives within 5–12 business days depending on your location.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

Unused and unopened extensions may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, opened hair products cannot be returned.
