At LOOK LAIKA, we prioritise hygiene, quality and customer satisfaction.
RETURNS
Unused and unopened extensions may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
For hygiene reasons, products that have been opened, worn, altered or removed from their original packaging cannot be returned.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery for eligible products, subject to stock availability.
If you require a different shade or style, please contact us before returning your order.
CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Hair must remain unused and unaltered
- Packaging must remain intact
- Proof of purchase must be provided
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We cannot accept returns on:
- Altered Extensions
- Worn extensions
- Custom orders
- Sale items
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives faulty or incorrect.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos attached.
