PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during launches, restocks, promotional periods or public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

SHIPPING ESTIMATES

Estimated delivery timeframes:

  • Australia: 2–6 business days
  • International: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing and shipping carrier delays.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Express shipping options are available at checkout where applicable.

TRACKING

All orders include tracking. Once dispatched, tracking details will be sent via email.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as LOOK LAIKA is not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, LOOK LAIKA is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • shipping carriers
  • customs processing
  • weather conditions
  • incorrect shipping information
  • circumstances outside of our control

If your parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

FAILED DELIVERY / RETURNED PARCELS

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • incorrect address
  • failed delivery attempts
  • unclaimed parcels

the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to have the order resent.
